2/23/26 Important Update: Boarding & Grooming Pick-Up and Drop-Off Times

To better serve our guests and provide the highest level of individualized care, we are transitioning both boarding and grooming services from open drop-in hours to scheduled drop-off and pick-up times.

This change allows our team to focus fully on each pet’s needs while they are with us, including accurately reviewing pet notes, feeding instructions, routines, medications, and any special requests such as additional updates or customized care. By minimizing interruptions, we can ensure every pet receives attentive, thoughtful care throughout their stay.

Updated Scheduling Times

Grooming

Drop-off: 8:00–9:00 AM
Pick-up: We will call or text you when your pet is ready

Boarding

Drop-off: 9:00–10:00 AM
Pick-up: 5:00–6:00 PM

If you need assistance outside of these hours, please let us know in advance so we can make appropriate accommodations whenever possible.

Heather Grooms: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday

Basic Grooming Services Available with: Megan by appointment only.

Services include: Bath, Blowdry, Toe Nail Trim.
